Introduction to Affiliate Program Partnership Guidelines
Since we value your time here's a summarized version of our Partnership Guidelines. This summary doesn't replace the whole legal document, however, it's intended to give you a quick overview of what to expect. Feel free to reach out for more information!
- First things first. After applying for our Affiliate Program your application needs to be approved. This can take up to 72 hours, patience is a virtue!
- You're getting a 30% commission each month out of every conversion you've made, but remember, conversion is only counted once your referral becomes a paying customer
- Orders that have been canceled or refunded within the first 30 days of the initial purchase are not considered to be a “successful conversion” and won't yield new commissions
- Uh-uh, No Self-Referrals! We'll know. We always know.
- We use Tapfiliate Software for conversion tracking and our cookie lifespan is 60 days. In other words, if a purchase is made within 60 days after clicking your affiliate link (without clicking someone else's link) you'll earn a commission
- Payments are processed in USD via PayPal within the last week of each month and you need to earn at least $100 to be eligible for a payout
- You can use any marketing channel to promote our brand, PPC included! Of course, PPC bidding on the brand keywords [Aimfox] is strictly forbidden!
- Speaking of strictly forbidden things, your affiliate account can and will be terminated for “inappropriate advertisements & false claims”, “advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities”, “mass spamming”, “self-referrals”, “fraudulent transactions”, etc.
- We may make changes to our Partnership Guidelines, Terms of Service, Privacy policy, and/orPricing from time to time. You'll be notified, but in case that email gets lost in the junk folder, revisit this page to stay up-to-date
Affiliate Program Partnership Guidelines
By signing up for the Aimfox Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the Partnership Guidelines in this document. Please read it thoroughly before starting to promote our brand!
1. Program Acceptance
After applying for our Affiliate Program your application needs to be approved. This process can take up to 72 hours and we reserve the right to approve or reject any Application in our sole and absolute discretion.
2. Commission Entitlement Criteria
All commissions for our affiliates undergo manual approval. For these commissions to qualify for the final payout, they must meet the following conditions:
- The Affiliate Lead needs to become a paying customer[Customer Transaction has to occur]
- The Affiliate Lead's transaction mustn't be canceled, refunded, or charged back within 30 days of the initial purchase
- Self-referrals do not count as an official commission
Any misuse or violation of Affiliate Terms and Conditions can result in Affiliate Account termination!
3. Approval and Eligibility of Commissions
Eligibility for commission payments will be limited to Customer Transactions originating from Affiliate Leads and generated through the Affiliate Link provided to our Affiliates.
- The lead represents a new potential customer for us
- The condition of a 60-day cookie duration is fulfilled
We use Tapfiliate Software for conversion tracking and our cookie lifespan is 60 days. In other words, if a purchase is made within 60 days after clicking on an affiliate link (without clicking someone else's) an Affiliate will earn a commission once approved.
4. Payments
Payments are processed in USD via PayPal within the last week of each month and our Affiliates need to earn at least $100 to be eligible for a payout.
Payments will be issued solely for transactions that have been finalized successfully. Transactions leading to cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds within 30 days of the initial purchase will not qualify for the final payout.
5. Grounds for Affiliate Agreement Termination
Your participation and standing in the Affiliate Program may be put on hold or terminated due to any of the following reasons:
- Misleading or improper advertising and making false statements
- Promotion on websites that engage in or endorse unlawful activities
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Self-referrals
- Engaging in deceptive transactions
Disclaimer: Aimfox retains the authority to cancel any Affiliate Account at any time, due to any breach of our Terms and Conditions.
6. Advertising and Promotion Guidelines
You have the liberty to employ a variety of promotional methods for our brand, including but not limited to doing email and/or LinkedIn outreach, producing YouTube content, deploying PPC ads, using social media platforms, or authoring blog posts.
Disclaimer: Bidding on our brand keywords, such as [Aimfox], in PPC campaigns, is strictly prohibited and can result in Affiliate Account termination!
This Agreement starts once you are accepted into our Affiliate Program and ends upon the termination of your Affiliate Account.
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any given moment. Should you find any changes to this Agreement unacceptable, you're free to ask for termination of your Affiliate account. Continuation in the Program will signify your agreement to any modifications.
